There was a problem. I called Teddy. Who answers the phone when they are with family on a holiday? Teddy does. He not only answered the phone but came to the hospital and straightened things out. Both my sons who live out of state came up and visited the home. They said “how lucky can you get mom to have found this home. We are very happy with the care our good friend is receiving at AVID Adult Family Home. It is a very lovely home. The staff is warm, caring and helpful if you have any concerns. My friend was very sick when she arrived at AVID, and has now been there for 2 years and is doing well. She thinks the world of Teddy and he is very good to her.
